Website is prohibited.
3. By accessing or using the Website in any manner, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. In the event that you are making a booking on behalf of third parties besides yourself, you are solely responsible for the successful communication of these Terms and Conditions to such parties. You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the same on behalf of such parties and you accept liability therefor.

While TourThisCity makes every effort to ensure that the information available on the Website is free from errors, TourThisCity does not accept responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the Website at any time without reference to you.
5. TourThisCity does not accept responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever which may result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access the Website.

Notes, photographs, images, audio commentary and other materials to Guests who engage and/or participate in TourThisCity’s Services and Experiences and / or activity in hard-copy, electronic format or any other format, are the personal copyright of TourThisCity, and are not to be reproduced in whole or in part, or distributed to any Third Party in any form whatsoever, without the express written permission of TourThisCity.

12. Cancellation requests must be made via email to hello@TourThisCity.com in order for us to process cancellations and refunds. Please view the Booking Terms for each Service and Experience to determine the individual cancellation and refund policy. Ticketing fees are non-refundable.
13. Photography or videography may be conducted during the Services and Experiences for the purposes of advertising, or marketing in publicity materials, websites and social media platforms of TourThisCity. By engaging and/or participating in the Services and Experiences, you agree to grant TourThisCity an irrevocable royalty-free worldwide license to use photos and videos taken on all Tours in which you may appear in. If you do not wish to be included in such images, please inform TourThisCity in writing prior to the Service and Experience, failing which you irrevocably waive any and all rights which you may have now or in the future under statutory or common law.
14. TourThisCity is committed to maintaining and safeguarding the privacy of the information you share with us through our website. Therefore, when you book tours with us, you consent to collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by TourThisCity – and the corresponding collection and use by the relevant partners or suppliers – for the purposes of administering and delivering the products and services you requested. In providing your email address, you hereby also permit TourThisCity to add your email address to its database of others.
15. We collect personal data from our guests as part of the tour booking process and is used to fulfil your specific request. The data may be provided to us online or offline via feedback forms, direct email, booking our tours, our social media, or via a third party.
We collect this data so we can:
• Administer and deliver the products and services you requested.
• Process your booking and payment.
• Exchange communication with you regarding the Service / Experience booked and other activity offers.
• Provide guest confirmations for our guides and service providers

We do not disclose personal data to third parties except under the following circumstances: when required by law, when we have your consent or deemed consent or in cases where we have engaged the third party such as data intermediaries or service providers specifically to assist with services that you book specifically for your Service and Experience.

As a walking tour operator, TourThisCity acts solely as an agent in arranging the Services / Experiences, venue visits and other services and does not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, loss or damage due to any act or default of any person, company, or its employees. TourThisCity does not provide liability insurance for the protection of Participants who participate in TourThisCity’s Services / Experiences. The Tour takes place in public venues under conditions largely beyond TourThisCity’s control, and will visit independent restaurants and/or venues not owned or controlled by TourThisCity. Participant’s participation in our Services / Experiences is at participant’s own sole risk.
21. By booking / participating in the Tours,
a. You understand that TourThisCity, acting as a walking tour operator, does not own or operate any entity which provides, or is to provide, goods and services for the Services / Experiences.
b. You waive all claims of liability against TourThisCity, its owner, employees and guides for any illness/injury/loss/damage/theft to yourself or anyone arising from your participation in TourThisCity’s Services / Experiences.
c. You also understand and accept all of the risks associated with consumption of food and drink products offered or provided including, without limitation, food sickness, allergic reactions, choking, or alcohol consumption.
22. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall for any reason be properly adjudicated by the court or other legal and/or competent authority
to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions or parts of the same contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and you submit yourself to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
